Residential real estate was already well represented — strong photography, consistent video production and polished presentation had become the expected standard. Commercial real estate had not reached that same point, and the effect on how assets were perceived and transacted was tangible.
Instep Productions was built around that observation. We started in the residential market with the intention of bringing that same level of care and production quality to commercial listings — because every asset, regardless of sector, deserves to be presented properly.
